Salespeople

Run discovery and planning calls, help contractors see the real gap, and close on value. Help-based selling — no slick pitching. Comfortable on the phone and on Zoom.

Sales Manager

Build and lead the sales team — hiring, coaching, pipeline, and process. You've closed deals yourself, and you know how to make other closers better.

Social Media

Own our channels and our clients' — posting, engagement, and short-form that actually gets seen. You think in hooks, and you ship daily.

Content Creators

Turn contractor jobsites into content — video, photo, and written. Shoot on-site, edit, and repurpose it into everything from Reels to blog posts.
